Job Summary:

We are seeking bright and enthusiastic Online bidders who have strong hold in bidding, Fiverr, Upwork, Lead generation, Client servicing,Client handling Marketing and Excellent communication skills & comfortable with client interaction / handling.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Responsible for Business Development and Lead Generation Market Research, up selling and cold calling.
  • Identifying prospects through social media sites such as Linked in, Facebook and Twitter.
  • Responsible for Primary/Secondary market research.
  • Provide high quality service to customers and prospects by assessing customer requirements, ensuring prompt response in providing product / service information and pricing.
  • Profiling all customers by using effective telephone / skype selling skills to promote our products / services.
  • Build and maintain an accurate customer/prospect database by profiling and capturing relevant customer and product / service information.
  • Effective contribution to revenue generation.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Very strong communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Understanding of general IT outsourcing business.
  • Experienced in working with different bidding sites - Upwork , Freelancer, Guru etc.
  • Experienced in handling prospective international clients
  • Writing proposals, deciding costing, estimation, online bidding and negotiations
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Well rounded awareness of web and app development (you don't need to be a coder)Ability to liaise with project managers and technical team leaders
  • Ability to liaise with project managers and technical team leaders
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
  • Candidate must have independently done at least 2-5 projects.
  • CandidShould have good MySQL Skills with strong knowledge of MySQL Experiences Queries.ate must have independently done at least 2-5 projects.
  • Excellent Communication Skills and knowledge of Sales Lifecycle.
