Client Servicing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for Client Servicing Executive to strengthen our team. We are dedicated to provide an inspiring environment to create excellent web application to meet end user meet.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Understanding client brief and debriefing the same to different team viz. Graphic Designer, Developer etc.
• Be able to give creative design ideas and get it implemented from Graphic designers
• Able to write emails with clarity and good grasp of English Language
• Define project schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress
• Help project team with the design and development tasks
• Lead process of issue identification and resolution before handing the delivery to the client
• Be able to crack jokes and spread laughter around
• Able to understand the requirement and feedback of clients and strive for their satisfaction.
• Foster partnership with customers /stakeholders /sponsors

• Salary: ₹200,000.00 to ₹350,000.00 /year Notice Period : 0-2 months
