1. Service Cancellation
• Clients may request a cancellation of services by sending an email to [your support email] within 7 days of project initiation or payment.
• Cancellations are subject to review based on the stage of work completed.
• If significant work has already been initiated or completed, partial or no refund may be applicable.
2. Refund Policy
• Refund requests will be considered only if the project work has not commenced or is in the early stages.
• Once a project plan, wireframe, design, or code development has started, refunds will not be issued.
• In cases of delayed project delivery due to internal reasons, Cart Geek may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial refund or service credit.
• Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 10–15 business days of approval.
3. No Refunds for:
• Completed services or delivered milestones.
• Third-party costs (e.g., domain, hosting, software licenses, plugins, or stock images) purchased on behalf of the client.
• Change of mind or shift in business direction after project commencement.
4. Project Termination by Cart Geek
• Cart Geek reserves the right to terminate a project or contract due to non-payment, repeated delays in client response, or violation of terms of service.
• In such cases, no refund will be issued for the work already completed.
